The Heart of Cricket in Buninyong Since the 1860s
A proud grassroots club built on community, sportsmanship, and over 30 premiership flags.

Buninyong Today
More Than Cricket
With 13 teams and 150+ members, we run junior pathways for boys and girls, two women's sides and senior men's cricket in the Ballarat Cricket Association.
We want to win in our top grades. We also want the eight-year-old at training and the parent on the barbecue to feel like they belong here, because they do.
Whether you’re taking the field for the first time, supporting from the boundary, or volunteering behind the scenes, there’s a spot for you in our community.
We take pride in building an inclusive, family-first culture where lasting friendships are made both on and off the pitch.

A Snapshot of the Club's History
Cricket has been played in Buninyong for nearly as long as the town has existed.
Along the way the club has had its highs and lows, from premiership runs to years when it lay dormant.
Every time, local people found the resolve to bring it back, and it's stood as a pillar of the community ever since: the place Buninyong gathers in summer.
