Key Information & Ground Rules
The Pavilion is managed year-round by the Reserve Committee of Management. While local sports clubs hold priority during scheduled fixture times, the indoor venue is available for community, business, and private use.
Daytime Availability: Open for regular or casual bookings Monday–Friday. Ideal for workshops, corporate meetings, health classes, or local community groups.
Evenings & Weekends: Private functions and events are welcome around scheduled sporting fixtures and seasonal tenant club commitments.
Outdoor Oval Bookings: External use of Buninyong Oval and surrounding grounds must be booked directly through the City of Ballarat Council.
